Mobadass with Eekwol
Continuing with their Groove Series, the Sasktel Saskatchewan JazzFest presents Mobadass. Together for three years now, this side project of Earl Pereira (Wide Mouth Mason) has been tearing up clubs across western Canada with a body moving mix of reggae, funk, jazz and hip hop. Hip hop artist/activist Eekwol takes her message to the people, showcasing hip hop and Aboriginal culture in a fusion of moods, styles and flows. Show starts at 9:30pm, tickets available through the JazzFest.

Following the huge success of his 2003 album, Dial M for Monkey, this Ninja Tune recording artist's star has continued with his dizzying climb with hit singles like Flutter and Something Longer for Windy.
